MUMS - Mums are always welcome to bring babies along to their sessions. As a mum myself I understand how difficult it is to find the time to train whilst looking after a little one! Therefore I strive to offer an environment where Mums can bring their babies along with them, providing a stress free, safe atmosphere and enjoyable experience, burning those calories without having to worry about child care!
